Huilai Huaqiang New City project
Location：Huilai, GuangdongTime：2012
Total area: 131,000 square meters; floor area: 545,134 square meters; commercial area: 123,552 square meters; dwelling area: 287,568 square meters; area of accessorial public utilities: 4,834 square meters.
Chenzhou Kunpeng Shopping Hall
Location：Chenzhou, HunanTime：2012
Total area : 27,036.8 square meters; buildings:a parking lot, business building and tower building.

Suyuan Experimental School
Location：Luogang, GuanzghouTime：2009
Floor area: 12,750 square meters; construction scale: a school for 900 students and 60 teaching and admistrative staff; buildings: a teaching building, dormitory, gym, canteen, security room and playground.
The expansion project of Red Cross Hospital in Gauzngzhou Development Zone
Location：GuangZhouTime：2009
Construction scale: a secondary hospital with 160 sickbeds, 500 out-patient /day; 30 sickbeds in rehab center; floor area: 21,360 square meters; project including the reconstruction of outpatient and inpatient building, logistics house, rehab center for the disabled and family planning station.

China Southern Airlines Flight Comprehensive Building
Location：GuangzhouTime：2009
The total land area is 22, 345.4 square meters with a total construction area of about 45,074 square meters, including office and apartment. The design will follow the north side of an apartment pilots launched to secure better for the maximum and a broad outlook. The Office building located on land south of the entrance towards the south side of the broad avenue with open atmosphere, but also to avoid the interference for the scope base. The office and apartment building will forme a inner semi-enclosed courtyard connecting at the bottom by a two-tiered overhead Corridor, so that the corner in the enclosed courtyard becomes partially transparent and increases interior space of the courtyard, but also provide people open space and communication places.

The main building will take the main north-south direction. The main buildings include office buildings, logistics buildings, administration dorm and staff dorm.
Longtan hydro-power development Co.,Ltd.(Tangying base)
Location：Tian’er (Guangxi)Time：2002
Longtan Hydropower Station Tong Ying base is located in Tian'e County, Guangxi Province, and it mainly provides the construction logistics services. T e main building includes the construction units, design units, control units, the flat owners of office and dormitory building, equiped with the complete the integrated floor, business center, guest houses, and the corresponding sports facilities. A total land area is 13.4 million square meters with total construction area of 7 million square meters.

It located in residential areas with land area of 16,632 square meters and construction area: 24,883.23 square meters. It is a seven-layer reinforced concrete structure.
GuangZhou Yuyan Middle School

Guangzhou Yuyan School‘s total land area is 152,794 square meters with a total construction area of 81,249 square meters. In accordance with the design requirements of 60 classes, each grade are 20 classes of 50 people, and the total number of 3,000 students. All students live on campus. The teaching and administrative staffs are about 300.
