Job description:
Carrying out civil engineering budget, list making (3 person respectively for Civil engineering and Erection)
Position requirements:
1、Degree major: Project cost, Project management (Cost direction) with 2-year experience;
2、Be able to accomplish independently building computation (rebar, civil works and steel structure) and to compile bill of quantity and detail engineering budget;
3、Past experience on cost engineer in consulting or construction company preferable;
4、Be familiar with CAD and pricing software;
5、Be overtime work acceptable and with good ability to work under pressure;
6、Ability of financial evaluation preferable.
