To Inherit Red Dream and to Gather Youth Power--- GDE Youth League Day Activity Edit Date：2019/05/02

       To commemorate 100th anniversary of 4th May Move and go deep into patriotism and revolution education, in the morning on 27th April, company youth league organized league members and partial staff to the former site of Huangpu Military Academy, as the youth league day activity with its theme “To Inherit Red Dream and to Gather Youth Power”.

       On that day, although light rain happened members and staff raised their passion on the visit. After all members arrived on the southeastern gate, the visit began with professional guide.
       The visitors firstly looked at the Exhibition of history. The guide descripted character, history and change of the academy in detail along the exhibition axis. Standing in front of the 1st graduation certificate, uniform of the academy, and achievement and introduction of elite, the visitors watched the display, listened to story carefully and communicated with each other, and the Huangpu Spirit “Kindness and sincerity, unity and cooperation, to defense country and people, be no fear of sacrifice” had been already transferred into their heart.Afterwards, all personnel went to the 2nd floor to see the recovery scenarios of history and they saw wood bed in good order, simple reading room, study room and office. These simple and crude conditions led their thoughts: during the war time, under such poor condition, the students still held their will of serving country and of dedication to red dream and red undertakings; As youths in time of peace with good conditions, we should do more to inherit red dream, to gather youth power, to keep going with holding the initial intention.

       After 2-hour visit and study, this activity ended successfully. However, the visitors still lost in the scene with vivid exhibition, realistic scenario and lively explanation so that some of them kept looking around with expose to light rain.
       This theme activity led the visitors to recall revolutionary martyrs and history of national fight and to arouse their patriotic feeling. Secretary Xi said, “Every generation had its expedition and responsibility.” Company youth league member, as youth in new era, shall inherit sprit of revolutionary martyrs and treat them as example to be brave to bear, to keep going and to contribute the youth power to company development and “China Dream”.
