Leader of Haisum Group Visited GDE for Honest Working Conversation Edit Date：2021/05/28

       In order to improve honest working consciousness of the company’s leadership, and constantly strengthen anti-corruption, in the afternoon of 28th May, 2021, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Haisum Group Chen Rongrong, Party Committee member and Vice President of Haisum Group Chen Zhiming visited our company for honest working conversation. Luo Jun, General manager of GDE, and the leading group and Xie Xianguo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Changsha Company, attended the meeting.

       President Chen Rongrong made a speech, mentioning 3 points:

       First, political ideas and stand must be firmly remained, and political rules and discipline must be observed. Political ability must be enhanced and political orientation must be maintained. Ability to grasp direction, general trend and overall situation in the complex situation, and ability to prevent and deal with risks in rapid situation must be improved.

       Second, awareness that responsibility is weightier than Mount Tai must be held. Courage to take on responsibilities, take actions and start an opener, and being good at innovation must be held. A fresh Haisum needs to be rebuild through five to eight-year effort.

       Third, integrity and cultivation must be paid attention to and a strong sense of discipline must be built. Discipline and rules should be always put in front. Several Regulations on honesty of Leaders of State-owned Enterprises and rules and regulations formulated by the Group and Haisum should be strictly implemented, to constantly strengthen the sense of discipline, and firmly build a moral line to resist corruption and degeneration.

       Company Party Secretary and General Manager Luo Jun, according to President Chen Rongrong’s requirements, made a statement. Firstly, GDE leadership would continue to strengthen the study of party spirit theory, maintain an unwavering political stance, and persist with combining the theory study and party practice together. Secondly, in 2021, the company would focus on“achieving the leapfrog development of Guangzhou Company”as one center,“persisting with the six basic principles” and “persisting with reform and innovation”as two basic working ideas, and actively explore the way out to be courageous to take responsibility and to reform and innovate. Thirdly, the leadership of GDE would firmly persist in the “bottom line”of party discipline, and put the discipline and rules in front. Keep learning and honesty, always bear in mind the party rules and discipline, the spirit of “Eight-point regulations” by Central and the requirements of anti-four-conduct.

       Changsha company Party Secretary and Chairman, Xie Xianguo, on behalf of Changsha leadership, made a statement. It was said that Changsha company would be firm in ideas and beliefs and “four confidence”, would enhance “four consciousness”and achieve verification of “two maintenance”. Keep bottom line and no stepping on red line. Implement “one position and two responsibilities” and strengthen constraints on power. Improve working mechanism of system governance in project bidding and procurement, get rid of "going it alone" mode, and jointly create a complete “ecological chain" of honest working.
