       On July 5, the Guangzhou Eastern Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Project designed by the company successfully held a lighting ceremony in Fushan Circular Economy Industrial Park, Xinlong Town, Huangpu District. The project is jointly invested and constructed by Guangzhou Environment Protection Investment Group Co., Ltd., Science City Group and Guangzhou GREAT Water Environmental Protection Co., Ltd..

       The project is located in the northwest corner of the second phase of Guangzhou Fushan Circular Economy Industrial Park, with a total area of 11,053.82 square meters and a total construction area of 25,949.94 square meters. The construction includes rotary kiln incineration treatment, plasma melting treatment, physicochemical sewage treatment, and waste packaging barrel cleaning. The 4 process lines, including advanced process technology, can process 16 categories and 237 categories of hazardous wastes in the "National List of Hazardous Wastes", with an annual processing capacity of 78,000 tons. The main structures include: the main incineration workshop, waste barrel cleaning workshop, physical and chemical sewage workshop, physical and chemical tank farm, Class C warehouse, Class B warehouse, Class C tank farm, guard room 1, guard room 2, weighbridge room, chimney and accident pool/ Chuyu Pond, etc.

       After the project is put into operation, it will effectively improve the level of urban hazardous waste management in Guangzhou, realize the "reduction, recycling, and harmless" treatment of hazardous waste, and help solve the dilemma of "hazardous waste siege" in Guangzhou.
